摘　　要：分析美国国立科研院所和高等学校中科研人员的薪酬制度基本情况,包括其薪酬管理制度、薪酬管理、增长机制等,总结其薪酬制度的特点,结合我国实际情况,对我国科研人员收入分配制度改革提出建议。This paper analyzes the basic situation of scientific research personnel salary system in American national research institutes and universities, including its compensation management system, salary management, growth mechanism, etc.,summarizes the characteristics of its salary system, and combined with the actual situation in China, puts forward suggestions on scientific research personnel of the income distribution system reform.
