摘　　要：对横切机组圆盘剪的钝化进程进行了研究分析，找出了加速钝化的主要因素，提出了延长剪刃寿命的具体措施。综合实施各项措施后，以每个钝化周期的累计剪切吨位增加量衡量，使剪刃寿命延长了27％以上。The blunting process of the cutting edge of the disc shear in the cut-to-length line was analyzed. The main factors in the blunting process were found out. The measures to prolong the service life of disc shear cutting edge were put forward. After the implementation of the measures, the total shearing tonnage of each blunting cycle was increased by more than 27 %.
