摘 要:首钢京唐公司1580热轧卷取温度控制过程中,为了得到良好的卷取温度控制精度,常需手动维护模型自学习参数和头尾温度补偿参数。模型参数根据带钢的钢种、厚度和目标温度等参数分层别设置,开发自学习参数快速检索功能,显著节省了查找当前或最近处于层冷控制区域的带钢规格的自学习参数的时间,使模型控制参数得到及时修改,对保证卷取温度控制精度和产品性能起到了显著作用。In order to obtain good control accuracy of coiling temperature in Shougang Jingtang 1580 hot strip mill, the self-learning parameters and the temperature compensation parameters for the head and end of the strip were often required to be rectified manually. The model parameters were set according to the parameters such as steel grade, thickness and target temperature. The quick retrieval function of self-learning parameters was developed, which could greatly save the time of finding the self-learning parameters of the strip specification in the current or recent laminar cooling control section, and could adjust the model control parameters in time. The function had a significant effect on ensuring coiling temperature control accuracy and product properties.
