摘 要:针对目前电梯制动器现场检测主要靠目测和验证性试验完成,缺乏可靠仪器进行现场检测的现状,设计一套便携式电梯制停参数检测装置。该装置基于飞行时间的测距技术和微机电系统电容式加速度传感器的测量原理,对电梯制停过程中的制停距离和平均制停减速度进行测量,结合制停时间,综合判断电梯制动性能。试验结果表明:该装置测得电梯加速度与现有方法测试结果吻合,且制停距离测量偏差减小了75%。Brake is the key component to ensure safe operation of elevator. Existing testing method of brake mainly is to watch and confirmatory test. Aim to the status that cannot reliably detect the brake, this paper designed a parameter detection device for elevator. Based on the time of flight(TOF) technology and micro-electromechanical(MEMS) capacitive acceleration sensor, measuring stopping distance and the mean deceleration of the elevator, combined with the stopping time, elevator braking performance can be evaluated. The results show that the acceleration test value of the designed device consistent with existing method and the measurement error of stopping distance is reduced by 75%.
