摘 要:为弥补截齿链传动系统研究的不足,探寻截齿链受力状态与数学模型结构的关系,通过分析截齿链的张力组成,给出了张力的基础载荷和附加动载荷形式,建立了截齿链链节在紧边、松边以及主从动链轮齿与铰接滚子接触啮合区的力学模型。结合算例分析啮合区的链节张力特性,其最小值在啮合区的中间位置。该研究可为截齿链传动方式的深入研究及应用设计提供理论基础。This paper is a response to the lack of the research on conical pick chain drive system. The study consists of exploring the relationship between the conical pick chain stress and the mathematical model structure, analyzing the tension composition of conical pick chain, identifying the composition of basis loads and additional dynamic loads, developing the mechanics model of chain link in tight side, loose side and meshing zone, and performing the tension characteristic analysis in meshing area. The results demonstrate that the minimum tension of chain link occurs in the middle of the meshing zone. This study may provide a reference basis for conical pick chain transmission research and application design.
