摘  要:为探究出口压力对煤矿主风机风门温度场的影响,通过实验测定某煤矿主风机风道内某点温度值与各通风口初始值,利用流体动力学分析软件Fluent模拟出口不同压力下分支风道多场耦合传热特性。结果表明:实验与仿真结果两者变化趋势保持一致,最大误差为8.9%;出口压力对风门温度影响显著,当出口压力较小时,风门低温区域只发生在风门上半部分,且多集中上中部分,整个风门温度场分布呈非对称特征;随着压力的增加,低温域以逆时针特点向风门左半部分扩散,在风门左下半部分尤为明显;高温区域一般集中在风门边缘处。该研究为防治煤矿主风机的风门低温冻害提供参考依据。This paper is aimed at exploring the influence of outlet pressure on the temperature field of ventilation door of main fan in coal mine. The study measures the temperature of some point in air duct and the initial value in coal mine through experiment and simulates branch duct multi-field coupled heat transfer under different outlet pressure using the fluid dynamics analysis software Fluent. The work shows that the experiment and simulation results have a consistent change trend, with a maximum error of 8.9%. The research on low temperature region, low temperature position, numerical centerline temperature, and horizontal centerline temperature under different outlet pressure shows that outlet pressure has significant influence on ventilation door temperature; in the case of the small outlet pressure, the low temperature region occurs only on upper part of ventilation door, and mostly in middle part and the temperature field distribution has asymmetric characteristics; the increased pressure allows low temperature region to diffuse to the left half, particularly to the lower left half of ventilation door; and the high temperature region is generally concentrated in the edge of ventilation door. The study could provide some references for prevention and control freeze damages of ventilation door of main fan in coal mine.
