摘 要:奶牛体细胞数已成为奶牛育种领域高度关注的性状之一,其数量的多少成为奶牛是否罹患乳房炎的重要指标。本研究针对来自于中国南方地区(江、浙、沪)62个牛场34 150头奶牛的29万余条DHI数据,利用随机回归模型估计体细胞数遗传参数。分别采用线性、二阶、三阶spline曲线进行比较分析,最后通过AIC准则筛选出了最适合中国南方奶牛群体体细胞数遗传力估计的随机回归模型,即为二阶四节点spline曲线。基于二阶四节点spline曲线随机回归模型,牛乳中体细胞计数遗传力估值为0.13~0.51,远高于乳房炎本身的遗传力,因此可以选择体细胞数这一准确性更高、标准性更强的数量性状进行选育,进而推动乳房炎抗性育种的进程。Somatic cell count (SCC) nowadays has been one of the most important indicators for mastitis in dairy cows. In this study, we selected 290 thousand DHI records from 34 150 first-pregnancy dairy cows in 62 herds, which all existed in the south area of China, including Shanghai, Zhejiang and Jiangsu provinces. The random regression model was used in the analyses of genetic parameters, and different orders of linear, quadratic and cubic spline curves and knots from 4 to 6 were fitted and compared. The most ideal spline with the second order and 4 knots was selected based on AIC criteria. The estimated heritability of SCC was 0. 13 to 0. 51, much higher than the heritability of mastitis itself. Therefore, SCC is a good indicator for selection of dairy cows promoting mastitis resistance breeding process.
