摘　　要：基于我国PPP项目发展现状,分析PPP项目资产证券化的现实意义。然后结合PPP项目融资特点,介绍资产支持计划、资产支持票据、资产支持专项计划三种PPP项目资产证券化的模式。最后以"新水源PPP资产支持专项计划"为案例,对PPP项目资产证券化实务进行解析,以期对我国PPP项目实操提供参考依据。Based on the development of PPP projects in China, the paper analyzes the practical significance of the PPP project asset-backed securitization. Then, combining with the characteristics of PPP project financing, introduces three types of PPP project assets-backed securitization modes, namely the asset support plan, asset- backed paper and asset-backed special plan. Finally, analyzes the practical asset-backed securitization of the PPP project with a case of ＂PPP asset-backed special plan of New Water Resources＂, so as to provide the practical reference for PPP operation in China.
