摘　　要：通过调研及已有文献,分析造价咨询企业在信息收集、信息处理、信息共享、信息存储上存在的问题,研究BIM对造价咨询企业信息管理的影响;提出造价咨询企业信息管理中应用BIM的关键问题,即业务流程改造、信息技术改进、信息人员制度建设。This paper summarizes the problems existing in the information collection, information processing, information sharing and information storage of cost consulting enterprise through the research. Then, studies the influence of BIM technology on information management of cost consulting enterprise, and proposes key problems in the application of BIM technology in information management of cost consulting enterprise from three aspects of business process transformation, information technology improvement and information personnel system construction.
