摘　　要：当前我国人口老龄化问题日益加剧,探寻我国养老地产的发展模式已成为必然。结合养老地产发展模式及存在的问题,分析我国养老地产联盟运营的可行性,阐述养老地产联盟运营模式,并具体论述联盟运营模式的运行方法,以促进我国养老产业的可持续发展。At present, the problem of population aging in China is serious, and it is necessary to explore the development model of China＇s pension real estate. Combined with the development model of pension real estate and the existing problems, this paper analyzes the feasibility of the alliance operation of pension real estate, and elaborates the alliance operation mode of pension real estate, and discusses the operation method of the alliance operation mode, in order to promote the development of pension industry in China.
