摘　　要：犯罪学要走向继续发展的道路,必须继承前人研究的丰硕成果,同时还要进行开拓创新。创新的关节点,就是要聚焦到"三学"分科研究上来,即"犯罪史学""犯罪防学""犯罪哲学"。在"犯罪防学"中,最应看中"未罪学"。If criminology wants to go to the road of continuing development, it must inherit the fruitful achieve- ments of previous studies, and make exploration and innovation. The joint point of innovation is to focus on the stud- y of the ＂Three Studies＂ branch, namely ＂criminal history＂, ＂Criminology and Prevention＂ and ＂Philosophy of Crime＂. In ＂Criminology and Prevention＂, ＂Science of No Sin＂ should be paid more attention to.
