摘　　要：美国震慑缓刑制度是在监狱服刑和缓刑实践中探索出来的两厢融合的产物。美国震慑缓刑以刑罚威慑和改造回归社会为出发点,具有显著优点。根据我国刑事执行实际,移植该制度具有一定的必要性。但应从震慑缓刑的政策考虑、适用对象、监禁时长及未成年人问题四个方面思考我国在借鉴震慑缓刑时应注意的问题。American deterrent probation system is the product of the fusion, which is explored in prison sen- tences and probation practice. American deterrent probation has remarkable advantages, with penalty deterrence, transformation and returning to the society as starting points. According to the actual criminal execution of our coun- try, it is necessary to transplant this system. However, we should think about the problems that our country should focus on when referring to deterrent probation, namely the deterrent probation policy, the applicable object, the length of imprisonment and the minor problems.
