摘　　要：目的了解珠海市游艇制造企业的职业病危害现状,提升对该行业企业的职业卫生监督管理的科学性和针对性,保护劳动者健康。方法使用调查表对企业进行职业卫生调查,并对抽检企业的重点接害工种的关键职业病危害因素进行抽样检测。结果本次调研涉及职工总人数为3 311人,其中接触职业病危害因素的工人数2 240人,接害率为67.7%。职业卫生调查10类22个项目,总合格率为78.0%。检测的电焊烟尘、砂轮磨尘、二氧化锰浓度和噪声强度存在超标,超标率分别为30.0%、33.3%、30.0%和63.6%。苯系物检测均合格,合格率为100%。结论该市游艇制造企业在职业病防治工作开展、主体责任等方面落实情况较好,但仍存在部分防治工作落实不完善,需进一步加强。[Objective]To investigate the present situation of occupational hazards in yacht manufacturing companies of Zhuhai City,enhance the scientificalness and pertinency of occupational health supervision and management in enterprises of this industry,and protect laborers＇ health. [Methods]The occupational health survey in enterprises was conducted by questionnaire.The occupational hazard factors in the key harmful posts were sampled and detected. [Results] Totally 3 311 workers were investigated in this study,and 2 240 workers were exposed to the occupational hazard factors,with the exposure rate of 67.7%. 22 items from 10 types were detected in the occupational health survey,and the total qualified rate was 78.0%. The detection results showed that the concentration/intensity of welding fume, grinding wheel dust, manganese dioxide and noise exceeded the standards,which the exceeding standard rate was respectively 30.0%,33.3%,30.0% and 63.6%. All detection results of benzene series were qualified with the qualified rate of 100%. [Conclusion]The implementations of occupational disease prevention and control,and main responsibility are satisfactory in the yacht manufacturing companies in Zhuhai City. However,some prevention and control work should be strengthened further.
