摘　　要：目的探讨广西铁路系统女职工心理健康状况及相关影响因素。方法采用自编问卷及精神症状自评量表(SCL-90)对广西铁路系统2 150名女职工心理健康状况进行调查,并分析相关的影响因素。结果 2 150名女职工SCL-90总评分为(125.93±41.32)分,低于国内常模SCL-90总评分(P=0.010),阳性项目数为(26.18±23.97)项,高于国内常模(P=0.007)。躯体化(P=0.000)因子均分和恐怖(P=0.001)因子均分明显高于国内常模。多因素logistic回归分析结果提示,工作场所中接触有毒有害物质(OR=1.260,P=0.015)是铁路女职工心理健康状况的危险因素。结论广西铁路系统女职工心理健康状况中躯体化因子得分高于国内常模。相关部门应积极采取措施,优化工作环境,加强心理疏导,改善其女职工心理健康状况。[Objective]To investigate the mental health status and its influencing factors among women employees in Guangxi railway system. [Methods] Totally 2 150 women employees in Guangxi railway system were interviewed by self-designed questionnaire and the Self-reporting Inventory（SCL-90） questionnaire to investigate their mental health status and analyze the related influencing factor. [Results]The total score of SCL-90 among 2 150 women employees was（125.93±41.32）,which was lower than the national norm（P=0.010）,and the number of positive items was（26.18±23.97）,which was higher than the national norm（P=0.007）. The scores of somatization factor（P=0.000）and terror factor（P=0.001）were higher than the national norm.Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that exposure to toxic and hazardous substances in workplace（OR=1.260,P=0.015）was the risk factor for mental health among women employees. [Conclusion]The analysis results of mental health status show the somatization score among women employees in Guangxi railway system is higher than national norm. Related departments should take effective measures,optimize the working environment and strengthen psychological guidance,to improve the mental health status of women employees.
