摘  要:目的了解护理本科生心理弹性状况并分析其主要影响因素,为有效提高本科护生心理弹性提供依据。方法分层、整群随机抽取川北医学院护理学院在校护生,以班级为单位,按年级分层,共随机抽取12个班,采用心理弹性量表进行调查。结果本科护生心理弹性总分为(61.81+4.46)分;不同性别、年龄、年级、生源地和是否独生的心理弹性总分比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。不同性别、年龄、年级、职务、生源地和是否独生是护理本科生心理弹性的影响因素(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论护理本科生心理弹性处于中等水平,其影响因素较多。护理教育工作者应针对其影响因素给予相应干预,营造良好的学习及生活环境,以提高护理本科生的心理弹性水平。[Objective] To understand the present condition of mental resilience of nursing undergraduates, analyze main influencing factors,and provide the basis for improving the mental resilience of nursing undergraduates. [Methods]The nursing undergraduates were collected from 12 classes of North Sichuan Medical College by the stratified cluster random sampling,and investigated by the mental resilience rating scale. [Results]The total score of mental resilience in nursing undergraduates was(61.81±4.46). The differences in total score of mental resilience were statically significant among different groups in gender,age,grade,origin place,family condition(only child or not)(all P〈0.01). Gender,age,grade,post origin place and family condition(only child or not)were the influencing factors of mental resilience in nursing undergraduates(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).[Conclusion]The mental resilience of nursing undergraduates is at a middle level and there are many influencing factors. Educators of nursing undergraduates should take measures according to influencing factors,and create a good learning and living environment,to improve the mental resilience of nursing undergraduates.
