摘　　要：目的探讨重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂联合火针治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法选择2015年11月至2016年11月在邯郸市第一医院门诊就诊的100例颜面及手背部扁平疣患者,按照数字表随机法分为2组,每组50例。观察组(男性22例,女性28例,年龄5~35岁,病程7天~3年,平均皮疹数目20个)使用火针联合重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂进行治疗;对照组(男性24例,女性26例,年龄4~42岁,病程6天~4年,平均皮疹数目22个)皮损处局部热敷联合重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂。两组患者在观察治疗期间停用内服及其他外用药物,共治疗4周,治疗结束后1个月判断疗效,临床疗效评定为痊愈及显效的患者在治疗结束后第2个月开始每周随访1次,观察患者有无新发皮损,并在治疗结束第3个月时对复发情况进行评价。结果治疗后1个月临床疗效评价,观察组痊愈23例,对照组10例;观察组显效18例,对照组14例;观察组痊愈率、有效率(46%、82%)均高于对照组(20%、48%),两组比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组复发率明显低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者均可承受火针治疗,未出现明显不良情绪。两组患者均无不良反应发生。结论重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂联合火针治疗扁平疣无明显不良反应,易于操作,见效快,有效降低复发率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of recombinant human interferon alpha-2b spray combined with fire needle in treatment of verruca plana. Methods From Novermber 2015 to Novermber 2016, a total of 100 verruca plana patients with facial and dorsum of hand were enrolled, which were divided into observation group（n = 50） and control group（n =50） by random number tab. The observation group（22 males and 28 females, aged 5-35 years old, course of 7 days-3 years with mean rash number of 20） was performed by recombinant human interferon α-2b spray combined with fire needle. The control group（24 males and 26 females, aged 4-42 years old, course of 6 days-4 years with mean rash numbr of 22） was performed by hot compress combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b spray. In observation of 4-week treatment, the oral and other topical drugs were discontinued in 2 groups. The efficacy was determined after treatment 1-month, the clinical efficacy of recovery and effective patients were followed up once a week after treatment 2-month. The new rashes were observed and evaluated the recurrence after treatment 3-month. Results The efficacy was evaluated after treatment 1-month： observation group cured 23 cases and marked effect 18, the control group cured 10 and marked effect 14; The rate of cure rate（46 %）and effective rate（82 %） of observation group were higher than those of control group（20 %, 48 %）, there was significant difference between 2 groups（P 〈 0.01）. The recurrence rate in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant between 2 groups（P 〈 0.05）. The patients in observation group was treated with acupuncture without adverse mood, and there was no adverse reaction occurred in 2 groups.
