摘　　要：李斯特是首位建立完整的经济学理论对斯密学说进行系统批判的经济学家。李斯特认为,古典经济学家混淆了价值理论和生产力理论,如果考虑到国家经济学,动态的贸易保护政策才能最终实现自由贸易。本文结合日本汽车产业的发展经验进行分析,阐述了李斯特的经济思想如何在实践中得以应用,表明李斯特的经济理论无论对经济学本身还是对一国产业及贸易政策的制定仍然具有非常重要的理论和现实意义。List is the first economist who establish a complete economic theory system to criticize Smith＇s theory. List be- lieves that the classical economists confused the value theory and productivity theory. Free trade is ultimately depended on dynamic trade protection policy, giving the national economics. In this paper, combined with the development experience of Japanese automobile industry, the article explained how the economic thought of List was applied in practice, showing that List＇s economic theory still has very important theoretical and practical significance for both the economics itself and the policies of industry and trade of a country.
