摘 要:通过对行人在路段过街行为特性分析,分别选取基于改进延误的效率指标和基于危险指数的安全指标评价行人过街的效率性和安全性,由此构建路段行人过街安全服务水平的评价体系,以综合经济损失作为综合评价指标,提出了路段行人过街综合评价模型.对南京某信号控制路段行人过街安全服务水平进行实例分析,得出该路段行人过街安全服务水平等级.Through the analysis of pedestrian crossing characteristics, a study of the evaluation of pedestrian crossing was conducted based on efficiency and safety. The index of improving delay was used as the evaluation of the efficiency, while the index of danger was used as the evaluation of the safety of pedestrian crossing. Evaluation system of safety service level of pedestrian crossing was established by using the pedestrian crossing comprehensive economic loss as a comprehensive evaluation index and presenting the comprehensive evaluation model of pedestrian crossing. Through the application of pedestrian crossing on the signal control roadway in Nanjing, the grade of pedestrians crossing level of safety service on this roadway was concluded.
