摘 要:随着带式输送机向着长距离、大运量、高带速的大型化方向发展,动态特性对其运行的安全性与稳定性的影响效应增大,对带式输送机动态特性规律的研究成为保证其安全稳定运行的关键问题之一。基于复杂系统建模仿真软件AMESim,搭建了外置张紧装置带式输送机虚拟样机模型,分析了张紧装置位置对带式输送机动态特性的影响规律,为更加合理地设置带式输送机的张紧装置提供了理论依据。With the large-scale development of the belt conveyor along the direction of long distance, large delivery capacity and high belt speed, the influence effects of its dynamic characteristics on its safety and stability increased, thus the research on the dynamic characteristics laws of the belt conveyor becomes one of key issues to guarantee its safe and stable operation. In the paper, the virtual prototype model of the belt conveyor with external tension device was established based on AMESim, and the influence laws of the location of external tension device on the dynamic characteristics of the belt conveyor were analyzed. It offered theoretical reference for reasonable setting of the tension device for the belt conveyor.
