摘 要:为了石灰窑有机朗肯循环低温余热发电技术的工程应用和推广,建立了评价该技术性能指标的数学模型,重点研究了烟道式换热器效率、余热发电效率和余热利用效率等性能评价指标及其适用条件,详细分析了烟气温度对各个性能评价指标和发电功率的影响。研究结果表明:烟道式换热器效率、余热发电效率、余热利用效率和吨石灰发电量随烟气温度的升高而增大,而电站自用电率则相应减小。余热发电效率和余热利用效率可作为评价不同余热发电系统的重要依据,但仅以吨石灰发电量衡量整个余热发电系统的效率显然不合理。To apply and promote the low-temperature waste heat recovery power generation system of organic Rankine cycle in lime kiln, the paper established the mathematical model of appraising the performance indexes of the system, and researched the performance appraisement indexes such as the efficiency of flue heat exchanger, the efficiency of waste heat recovery power generation and the efficiency of waste heat utilization as well as their applying conditions, and then analyzed the influence of the exhaust temperature on each performance index and the generation power. The research results showed: the efficiency of flue heat exchanger, the efficiency of waste heat recovery power generation, the efficiency of waste heat utilization and the power generation capacity per ton of lime rose with the increase in the exhaust temperature, thus the power consumption ratio of the power station decreased; the efficiency of waste heat recovery power generation and the efficiency of waste heat utilization could serve as the important index for appraising various waste heat recovery power generation system, while it was obviously unreasonable to appraise the efficiency of whole waste heat recovery power generation system by the power generation capacity per ton of lime.
