丹栀逍遥散联合针刺治疗多囊卵巢综合征30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察丹栀逍遥散联合针刺治疗肝郁血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的远期疗效。方法:选取60例肝郁血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分成2组,治疗组30例予针刺加丹栀逍遥散治疗,对照组30例予达英-35口服治疗。观察2组的体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)及远期疗效,并检测睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)及LH/FSH。结果:总有效率治疗组为80.0%,对照组为50.0%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组BMI、WHR及T、LH、LH/FSH治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹栀逍遥散联合针刺治疗肝郁脾虚型多囊卵巢综合征有较好疗效。Objective ： To investigate the long - term efficacy of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder combined with acupuncture in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome （PCOS）. Methods： A total of 60 PCOS patients with liver depression and qi stagnation were randomly and equally divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Danzhi Xiaoyao powder combined with acupuncture ,while the control group was given oral Diane -35. The body mass index （BMI）, waist- hip ratio （WHR） , and long -term outcome in the two groups were evaluated, and the levels of testosterone （ T）, luteinizing hormone （ LH ）, follicle - stimulating hormone （ FSH ）, and LH/FSH of the two groups were also determined. Results：The treatment group had a significantly higher overall response rate than the con- trol group （80. 0% vs 50. 0% ,P 〈0.01 ） ;the treatment group showed significant changes in BMI,WHR,levels of T, LH, and LH/FSH after treatment（P 〈 0. 05 ） , and there were also significant differences in BMI, WHR,levels of T, LH and LH/FSH between the treatment group and control group after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Danzhi Xiaoyao powder combined with acupuncture show a satisfactory clinical effect in the treatment of PCOS.
