骨科消炎酊对急性痛风性关节炎大鼠滑膜组织中ICAM-1、CINC-1活性的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨骨科消炎酊对急性痛风性关节炎大鼠模型的影响。方法:将40只大鼠分成骨科消炎酊组、扶他林软膏组、模型组、空白组,每组10只。前3组建立急性痛风性关节炎大鼠模型。造模成功后对骨科消炎酊组、扶他林软膏组使用骨科消炎酊及扶他林软膏,模型组、空白组使用0.9%氯化钠注射液进行干预。观察各组大鼠造模后的一般状态与药物干预后各组大鼠右侧踝关节肿胀度;光镜下观察踝关节滑膜的病理变化;采用免疫组化染色检测并比较各组大鼠踝关节滑膜组织中细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、嗜中性粒细胞趋化因子-1(CINC-1)含量。结果:空白组、扶他林软膏组、骨科消炎酊组关节肿胀度、ICAM-1、CINC-1含量与模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);扶他林软膏组与骨科消炎酊组关节肿胀度、ICAM-1、CINC-1比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:骨科消炎酊具有缓解肿胀、改善滑膜炎症、降低关节滑膜中ICAM-1、CINC-1含量的作用。Objective：To investigate the effect of Guke Xiaoyan tincture on rats with acute gouty arthritis. Methods：A total of 40 rats were divided into Guke Xiaoyan tincture group, voltareuointment group, model group, and blank group,with 10 rats in each group. The rats in Guke Xiaoyan tincture group,voltarenointment group,and model group were used to establish a rat model of acute gouty arthritis. The rats in the Guke Xiaoyan tincture group were treated with Guke Xiaoyan tincture, those in the voharenointment group were treated with voharenointment, and those in the model group and the blank group were treated with 0.9% sodium chloride injection. General conditions after modeling and swelling of the right ankle joint after drug intervention were observed. Pathological changes in the synovium of the ankle joint were observed under a light microscope, and immunohistochemical staining was used to measure the con- tent of intercellular adhesion molecule - 1 （ ICAM - 1 ） and cytokine - induced neutrophil chemoattractant - 1 （ CINC - 1 ） in synovial tissue of ankle joint. Results ： There were significant differences in joint swelling and content of ICAM - 1 and CINC - 1 between the blank group,the voltarenointment group, the Guke Xiaoyan tincture group, and the model group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. There were no significant differences in joint swelling and content of ICAM - 1 and CINC - 1 between the voharenointment group and the Guke Xiaoyan tincture group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Guke Xiaoyan tincture can alleviate swelling, improve inflammation in the synovium, and reduce the content of ICAM - 1 and CINC - 1 in the joint synovium.
