摘  要:目的:优选清咽爽喉颗粒最佳醇沉工艺参数。方法:采用Box-Behnken设计-效应面法对清咽爽喉颗粒进行醇沉工艺的研究,以浸膏得率、绿原酸提取量为评价指标,采用多指标综合加权评分的方法优选出最佳醇沉工艺,并对优选工艺进行验证。结果:最佳醇沉工艺为浓缩液1.15(60℃测),加入乙醇使含醇量达到70%,放置时间24h。结论:优选的清咽爽喉颗粒醇沉工艺合理可行,可为清咽爽喉方的工艺研究提供参考。Objective:To investigate the optimal alcohol precipitation process parameters for Qingyan Shuanghou gran- ules. Methods:Box -Behnken design -response surface methodology was used to analyze the alcohol precipitation process for Qingyan Shuanghou granules. With extraction rate and chlorogenie acid extraction yield as assessment indices, a multi - index and comprehensiveweighted grading method was used to determine the optimal alcohol precipitation process, and then the optimal process was validated. Results:The optimal alcohol precipitation process was concentrated solution 1.15 (measured at 60℃ ) , addition of alcohol to 70% , and a storage time of 24 hours. Conclusion:The optimized alcohol precipitation process for Qingyan Shuanghou granule is rational and feasible and can provide a reference for process studies on Qingyan Shuanghou prescription.
