摘 要:目的比较不同消毒方法对中心静脉导管无针接头的消毒效果,以便确定最佳消毒方法。方法采用现场采样和细菌定量培养方法,观察3种消毒方法对无针接头的消毒效果。结果无针接头处不经消毒,有84.97%检出细菌污染。使用20 g/L葡萄糖酸氯己定醇擦拭5 s、10 s和15 s消毒后,污染率分别为25.00%、19.61%和0.00%。用75%乙醇、5 g/L有效碘的碘伏和20 g/L葡萄糖酸氯己定醇对无针接头处擦拭消毒15 s,检出细菌污染率分别为13.73%、2.00%和0.00%。结论 3种消毒方法以葡萄糖酸氯己定醇消毒效果最好,但必须擦拭消毒≥15 s方可确保消毒效果。Objective To compare the disinfection effect of needleless connectors( NCs) of central venous catheters( CVCs) with different methods,in order to determine the appropriate method. Methods Field samples and bacterial quantitative culture methods were used to assess the disinfection effect of NCs with three different methods. Results 84. 97%connector valves without disinfection were externally contaminated with microorganisms. The contamination rate after disinfected for 5 s,10 s,or 15 s by scrubbed with 20 g/L chlorhexidine gluconate were 25. 00%,19. 61% and 0. 00% respectively. The contamination rate after disinfecting for 15 s using 75% isopropyl alcohol,5 g/L aqueous povidone-iodine and20 g/L chlorhexidine gluconate were 13. 73% 2. 00% and 0. 00%. Conclusion Chlorhexidine gluconate is the best disinfection method of the three,but scrubbing should be confirmed at least 15 s.
