摘　　要：目的了解医疗机构医务人员手卫生依从性和手卫生质量状况,以便加强医务人员手卫生管理。方法采用现场查看和采样检测方法,对深圳市11家公立医院医务人员手卫生依从性及手卫生质量进行调查与分析。结果从该市11所公立医院共抽检110名医护人员手,在规范的手卫生指征下的手卫生依从率为24.37%,其中医生和护士的手卫生依从率分别为13.51%和47.66%。所调查的医务人员在工作岗位上手卫生质量检测合格率为79.38%,医生和护士洗手时间分别为10 s和13 s。结论深圳市公立医院医务人员手卫生依从率和手卫生质量合格率均较低,必须采取有效措施提高医务人员手卫生依从率和手卫生质量。Objective To investigate hand hygiene（ HH） compliance rates and HH quality of medical workers in medical institutions,in order to explore measures for improving HH management for medical workers. Methods Field investigation and statistic analysis were used to survey and analyze HH compliance rates and HH quality data from 11 Shenzhen governmental hospitals. Results HH compliance rate of 110 medical workers form 11 Shenzhen governmental hospitals was24. 37% under standard HH indication,with HH compliance rates for doctors and nurses were 13. 51% and 47. 66% respectively. HH quality monitoring pass rate for medical workers at work was 79. 38%,where the HH executive duration for doctors and nurses were 10 s and 13 s respectively. Conclusion HH compliance rates and HH quality pass rates for medical workers in Shenzhen governmental hospitals are relatively low. More effective measure should be adopted to improve HH compliance rates and HH quality pass rates for medical workers.
