摘 要:为查找某水泥钢筒仓严重倾斜事故原因,通过现场勘查、三维数据扫描与工程实体质量检测,以及结构的承载力验算,从材料、设计、施工、使用等方面对事故的原因进行综合分析。最后分析得出造成该事故的原因有以下几方面:该筒仓结构设计安全系数小,加劲肋布置不合理,以及加劲肋施工质量缺陷是该筒仓发生褶皱倾斜的主要原因,而基础的不合理使用及基础倾斜加重了筒仓倾斜变形。鉴定结论为工程事故责任划分提供了关键依据。An inspection procedure was introduced to find the cause of a steel cement silo tilting accident. The inspection was performed by site inspection, 3D scanning, engineering measurement and the checking of capacity design. In particular, the materials properties, design deficiencies, construction quality, service conditions and etc. were also investigated in the comprehensive analysis. The series analysis presented demonstrates that the low safety design factors, unreasonable assign of the stiffeners and construction defects of the stiffening ribs were the major reasons of the accident, the misusing and tilting of the basement stimulated the tilting of the whole silo. The inspection conclusions provides a key basis of the legal responsibility differentiation.
