留茬高度对紫花苜蓿根部储藏性物质含量及返青率的影响

摘　　要：为了确定紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa.L)最适留茬高度,试验针对留茬高度影响根部储藏性物质含量和返青率2个因素进行试验设计。试验结果表明:(1)随着生育期的延续,不同留茬高度处理根部可溶性糖、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白含量呈现先降低后升高的"V"型变化,丙二醛含量则呈现先升高后降低再升高的变化趋势;(2)根部可溶性糖、丙二醛、脯氨酸含量与紫花苜蓿抗寒能力呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),可溶性蛋白含量与之呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。综合考虑,建议各茬苜蓿留茬高度以8~11 cm为宜。To determine the ing to 2 factors influencing sult showed： ① With the optima stubble heights, the experiments were designed in this study accord- the storage substance content and overwinter survival rate of alfalfa. The regrowth period goes, the content of soluble sugar, proline, soluble protein showed the tendency of increasing and then decreasing, and the MDA showed tendency of increase- decrease- increase. ② The content of soluble sugar, MDA, proline, showed positive correlation with overwinter survival rate of aIfalfa extremely significantly （P〈0.01）, and the content of soluble protein showed positive correlation significantly （P〈0.05）. Consider comprehensively, the per-time stubble height was advised by 8-11 cm.
