成都市成华区2005—2015年艾滋病抗病毒治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨成都市成华区接受艾滋病高效抗病毒治疗的患者的治疗效果。方法利用国家艾滋病抗病毒治疗信息系统,以2005—2015年成华区接受抗病毒治疗的患者作为研究对象,统计分析其治疗前后CD4+T淋巴细胞计数水平,评价其治疗效果。结果成都市成华区2005—2015年接受艾滋病抗病毒治疗的患者共有1 304例,入组治疗时年龄最小为7岁,年龄最大为85岁,平均(35.21±12.89)岁,以男性为主,占90.34%;婚姻状况以未婚为主,占59.51%;感染途径以同性性传播为主,占57.75%。随着治疗时间的延长,CD4+T淋巴细胞计数明显上升,差异有统计学意义(t=30.247,P<0.05),治疗时间超过5年的患者,CD4+T淋巴细胞计数均值从基线的(229.86±146.70)个/mm^3达到(404.09±179.31)个/mm^3。随着治疗时间的延长,CD4+T淋巴细胞计数≥350个/mm^3比例随着治疗时间的延长而增加,而<200个/mm^3者则随着治疗时间的延长而减少。结论成都市成华区艾滋病抗病毒治疗有效提高了CD4+T淋巴细胞计数水平,治疗效果显著。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of antiretroviral therapy in Chenghua district of Chengdu from 2005 to 2015.Methods Antiretroviral therapy on AIDS patients with monitoring data were collected from 2005 to 2015 and CD4＋T cell count was used as the evaluation indexes for immunologic effectiveness.Results A total of 1 304 human immunodeficiency virus（HIV） infected cases were observed from 2005 to 2015 in Chenghua district.Their age ranged from 7 to 85 years with a mean age was（35.21±12.89） years old.Among the cases,the majority of them were males,unmarried,accounting for 90.34% and 59.51%,respectively.The main transmission route was homosexual contact,accounting for 57.75%.Compared with the baseline,CD4＋T cell increased significantly among the patients at different stages of antiretroviral therapy（t=30.247,P0.05）.The mean of CD4＋T cell count which was elevated after more than 5 years of treatment increased from（229.86±146.70） to（404.09±179.31）cells/mm^3.After the antiretroviral therapy,the percentage of the patients with CD4＋T cell count higher than 350 cells/mm^3 were increased while the incidence of the patients with CD4＋T cell count lower than 200 cells/mm^3 were reduced.Conclusion Antiretroviral therapy improves immunologic status effectively on HIV infected patients.
