长沙市养老机构现状调查与分析

摘　　要：目的通过对长沙市养老机构进行调查,掌握并分析长沙市养老机构的现状。方法 2016年6—12月采用问卷调查的形式调查随机抽取的长沙市37所养老机构中老年人年龄构成、老年人疾病谱、老年人生活自理能力及对养老机构满意度、人员配备情况、从业人员基本医疗护理常识掌握情况、医疗设备和药品配备情况、经营管理状况等。采用SPSS19.0对调查相关数据进行统计处理。结果随机抽取的长沙市37所养老机构中,公办10所,民办24所,公办民营3所。抽取的480例老年人中,年龄以70~79岁为主,疾病主要为高血压、2性糖尿病、肺部疾病等,经济来源以离退休金为主,生活自理能力以部分自理为主,满意度以一般居多。抽取的150位从业人员中,学历以初中及以下为主,工作年限<1年为主,工作满意度以不满意为主,基本医疗护理常识以完全不具备为主。抽取的管理人员,医疗设备、药品配备情况:部分配备14所(37.8%),未配备23所(62.2%);经营管理状况良好9所(24.3%),一般12所(32.4%),较差16所(43.3%)。结论长沙市养老机构老年人年龄结构偏大,疾病多且重,生活自理能力一般,满意度不高;从业人员学历偏低,工作年限短,工作满意度较低,相关医疗知识缺乏;医疗设备及药品匮乏;经营较为艰难,管理现状较为混乱。本校顺时应势开设"老年服务与管理"专业,有助于培养具备老年社会工作、老年医疗护理保健、老年服务管理等方面的知识和技能,熟悉老年方面的政策法规、能胜任老年人服务与管理工作岗位的高级技术应用性专门人才,定向为养老机构、基层、社区输送老年服务与管理专业人才,满足老年人的生活需求,提高老年人的生活质量。Objective Master and analy status quo of pension institutions in Changsha through the investigation.Methods The age,senile diseases,self-care ability,satisfaction of pension institutions,personnel,personnel to master the situation of basic medical care,medical equipment,pharmaceutical,management status of the 37 pension institutions in Changsha were investigated by random sampling questionnaire survey from June to December 2016.SPSS19.0 software was used for statistical analysis of survey data.Results There were 10 run by goverment,24 run by private and 3 run by goverment and private in the random sampling of 37 pension institutions in Changsha.Among the 480 elderly,the age were 70-79 years old,the main diseases were hypertension,type 2 diabetes,lung diseases and so on,the economic sources were mainly from the pension,the self-care abilities were mainly partial self-care and the satisfactions were the majority of general.Among 150 employees,whose academic qualifications were mainly junior high school and below,working years were mainly less than 1 years,the satisfactions were mainly unsatisfactions,the lack of relevant basic medical care knowledge.Medical equipments,pharmaceuticals：partial of 14（37.8%）,not equipped of 23（62.2%）;operation and management：good for 9（24.3%）,general for 12（32.4%）,poor for 16（43.3%）.Conclusion The age form of the elderly in Changsha pension institutions were large,the diseases were serious,the self-care abilities were generally and the satisfactions were not high.The employees were low academic qualifications,short working years,the satisfactions were low,who lacked of relevant basic medical care knowledge.Medical equipments,pharmaceuticals were poor,management situations were generally.Our university set up elderly service and management major,which could help to cultivate and transport the elderly service and management professionals to meet the needs of the elderly living and improve the quality of life.
