摘 要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定三九胃泰颗粒中氯化两面针的含量的方法。方法:采用Agilent 5 TC-C_(18)(4.6mm×250.0mm)色谱柱为分析柱;采用流动相A:乙睛;B:0.2%的甲酸-三乙胺溶液(25∶75),进行洗脱;流速为1 mL/min;检测波长为271nm;柱温25℃;采用70%甲醇超声提取。结果:氯化两面针碱回归方程:Y=1316.9176X-0.5712,r=0.9999,在0.0600~0.5997μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.88%,RSD=0.50%。结论:该方法简单准确、重复性好,可用于三九胃泰颗粒中氯化两面针碱的含量测定。Objective To establish the method of HPLC determination for nitidine chloride in Sanjiuweitai granules. Methods Chromatograhy separation was carried out on an Eclipse plus C18 (4. 6mm×250. 0mm), using mobile phase A: acetonitrile; B: 0. 2% formic acid -captured the (25:75) , triethylamine solution for elution; online. And an UV detection wavelength of 271nm at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1 at maintaining column temperature at 25℃. The extracted with 70% ethanol reflux method. Results The calibration of nitidine chloride was linear between 0. 0600 -0. 5997μg·mL^-1, the linear regression equation was Y = 1316. 9176X - 0. 5712, r =0. 9999. The average recovery rate was 99. 88% and RSD was0. 50%. Conclusion It is simple and accurate with a repro-ducibility to used the method of High performance liquid chromatography determination for nitidine chloride in Sanjiuweitai granules.
