肘压复位法治疗胸椎小关节紊乱59例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肘压复位法治疗胸椎小关节紊乱的临床疗效。方法:选取符合诊断纳入标准的患者180例,随机分为对照组1(分筋错骨法)、对照组2(膝顶法)、治疗组(肘压复位法)各60例。观察治疗前后疼痛指数(PPI)、体征、症状评分、胸椎正侧位片的变化,对相关资料进行统计学分析。结果:疗程结束后,三组自身前后的疼痛指数(PPI)量表及体征、症状评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组,进行组间对照比较,疼痛指数(PPI)量表及体征、症状评分进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组的改善率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:研究表明3种治疗方法均能有效的改善胸椎小关节紊乱患者的疼痛、体征和症状,但是治疗组总有效率明显高于其他两组,说明肘压复位法治疗胸椎小关节紊乱疗效好、定位精确、操作时间短、操作简便、患者易于接受,不失为一种有效的方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the method of Elbow - press for the treatment the Thoracic Spinal Little Joints Disorder. Methods Research meet the diagnosis, inclusion, exclusion criteria of the subjects of 180 cases. This cases will ran-dom separate from the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group will use the Elbow - press method and the control group will use normal massage method in treatment. Then observed and analyzed the changes of pain index （PPI） , symptom scores , X - ray films and deal with the relevant data statistical analysis. Results After the treatment, the three group cases compared their own group of pain index （PPI） and signs of symptom scores , the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）, After the treatment, the pain index （PPI） and signs of symptom scores have the remarkably changes in the treatment and control group, the changes detec- ted have a remarkably difference （P 〈 0.01 ）. After the treatment, the improvement rate between two group have a significant difference, the difference between have no statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The research shown that all groups can effectively improve the pain and symptoms of Thoracic Spinal Little Joints Disorder patients. But the Elbow - press method have a remark- ably difference with the normal massage method, combined with the its own advantages of light, less time operate, high location accu- racy and easy to accept, so the Elbow - press method is werthy of clinical afflication.
