八珍汤化裁治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折PFNA内固定术后贫血30例

摘　　要：目的:观察八珍汤化裁治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折PFNA内固定术后贫血的临床疗效。方法:选择60例老年股骨粗隆骨折行PFNA内固定手术治疗患者分为两组各30例。对照组术后服用琥珀酸亚铁片,观察组术后服用八珍汤化裁,治疗周期均为6周,比较两组干预后血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞比积(HCT)和血小板计数(BPC)的变化。结果:观察组经治疗第4、6周后贫血指标Hb、HCT较对照组均有显著升高(P<0.05);第6周后,BPC较对照组显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:八珍汤化裁可以改善老年股骨粗隆间骨折PFNA内固定术后贫血状态,纠正贫血指标,促进患者快速康复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe Bazhen decoction subtraction on PFNA intertrochanteric femoral fracture internal fixation of the clinical curative effect of postoperative anemia. Methods There were 60 cases of the elderly femoral tuberosity fracture in PFNA and 30 patients in two groups and the control group were treated with succinic acid; observation group began taking Bazhen decoction subtrac- tion, a course of 6 weeks, observe the two groups before and after treatment in patients with hemoglobin （ Hb）, red blood cells than product （ HCT）, the change of platelet count （BPC）. Results Group 4, 6 weeks after treatment in patients with anemia indicators Hb, HCT is the control group were significantly higher, after 6 weeks, the BPC than the control group were significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Bazhen decoction subtraction can improve postoperative PFNA intertrochan- teric femoral fracture internal fixation anemia status, the correction of anemia indicators, promote the patients＇rapid recovery, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
