农民参与农地整理项目的行为动机研究

摘　　要：文章选取湖北省黄冈市的242户农民为研究对象,采用二元Logistic模型对影响农民参与农地整理项目行为动机的因素进行了实证分析。研究表明:户主年龄、户主是否为村干部、农民的农业收入比、对农地整理的了解程度等对农民参与农地整理项目行为的内部动机有显著影响。农民获得的好处对农民参与农地整理项目行为的外部动机有显著影响。因此,建议如下:在目前农民真正参与较少的情况下,政府要加大宣传力度,提高农民对农地整理的认识程度;发挥村干部在群众中的模范带头作用;保障农地整理项目实施工作,引导农民规模经营;引入保障和激励机制,为农民参与提供必要物质条件。This paper selects 242 farmers from Huanggang in Hubei for the study object. We use binary Logis-tic model to make empirical analysis on the motivation factor that influence farmers to participate in agri-cultural land consolidation projects（ALCPs）. Studies have shown that： the age of household head,whether head-ed for the village cadres,the agricultural income of farmers,understanding level of the agricultural land consolidation and so on have a significant impact on the internal motivation of farmers ＇s participating in ALCPs behavior. The benefits size of farmers has a significant impact on the external motivation of farmers ＇ participating behavior in ALCPs. Therefore, recommendations are follows： In the case of current farmers really lack real participation,the government should step up publicity efforts and increase farmers ＇s awareness on agricultural land consolidation; and exert exemplary role of village cadres among the masses; protect the im-plementation of ALCPs and guide farmers to make scale operation; and provide the necessary material condi-tions for farmers to participate in ALCPs.
