摘　　要：采用超声提取法从丝瓜皮中提取黄酮,通过正交试验确定最佳提取条件:超声时间20 min、料液比1∶12、乙醇体积分数70%,在此条件下黄酮提取率为1.96%.通过测定丝瓜皮提取物对羟基自由基和超氧离子自由基的清除率,表明其具有较高的抗氧化能力.In the paper, flavonoids from Luffa cylindrical peel are extracted by ultrasonic method and the opti- mal extraction is obtained by orthogonal test.The results show that the optimal extraction conditions are as fol- lows：an extraction time of 20 min,a ratio of material to liquid of 1：12 and an ethanol concentration of 70%, under these conditions, the yield of flavonoids is 2.01%.The extract had high antioxidation as indicated by scavenging activities against hydroxyl and superoxide anion free radicals.
