摘　　要：研究文化机构信息服务与科研人员的版权素养能力在数字化时代显得尤为重要。文章在大量文献调研的基础上,综合、对比和分析了保加利亚教育与科学部立项的国家自然科学基金项目——"图书馆和其它文化机构的版权政策"的研究成果,从版权意识、对版权框架的熟悉度、版权信息来源、机构版权问题、图书馆和信息科学教育、教育与培训方式等方面对各国研究成果做了对比与分析,对国内开展相关研究提出了建议。It is important for researcher to study the copyright literacy of specialists from libraries and other cultural institutions in digital age. Based on literature survey, this paper compared and analyzed the research findings of project ＂Copyright policy of libraries and other cultural institutions＂ is funded by National Science Fund of the Bulgarian Ministry of Education and Science from the level of familiarity with copyright issues and copyright framework, resource of copyright information, copyright issues and policies at an institutional level, library and information science（LIS） education and the ways of education and training. Some proposals for copyright literacy research for Chinese scholars were offered.
