中文版儿童生活质量测定量表(PedsQL^(TM) 13～24个月)应用于健康儿童的信度和效度研究

摘　　要：目的 :测试中文版儿童生活质量测定量表(PedsQLTM 13~24个月)信度和效度。方法 :采用方便抽样的方法,选取北京某医院儿童预防保健门诊进行预防接种的13~24个月的健康儿童家长250例为研究对象,要求家长对儿童生活质量代理评价。采用中文版儿童生活质量测定量表(PedsQLTM 13~24个月)对儿童的家长进行调查,测试该量表信度和效度。结果:量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.949。内容效度I-CVI≥0.80,S-CVI/UA=0.888。因子分析结果显示:KMO=0.895,Bartlett球形检验统计值=6615.487,P<0.001,在特征值>1,固定5个公因子的情况下,累计方差贡献率为52.5%。量表仍然沿用原来的量表维度。结论 :中文版儿童生活质量测定量表(PedsQLTM13~24个月)有较好的信度和效度,可用于我国13~24个月儿童生活质量的测量。Objective： To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Children＇s Quality of Life Scale （PedsQLTM 13-24 months）. Methods： A total of 250 healthy parents were selected, and were asked to evaluate the quality of life of their children by convenience sampling in April, 2016 to July 2016, in Zhongguancun Children＇s Preventive Care Clinic. The Chinese version of Children＇s Quality of Life Scale （PedsQLTM 13-24 months） was used to investigate the children＇s parents and to test the reliability and validity of the scale. Results： The scale of Cronbach＇s a was 0.949. Content validity assessment： Scale I-CVI ≥ 0.80, S-CVI / UA was 0.888. Factor analysis showed that： KMO value was 0.895, Bartlett test of sphericity statistical value was 6615.487, P〈0.001. Based on the case of eigenvalues 〉1, in the case of 5 common factors, the cumulative variance contribution rate was 52.5%, respectively. The scale continues to use the original scale dimension. Conclusion： The Chinese version of Children＇s Quality of Life Scale （PedsQLTM 13-24 months） has good reliability and validity, which can be used to measure the quality of life of children from 13 to 24 months.
