摘  要:某循环流化床(CFB)锅炉的问题主要表现在:中心筒变形严重;旋风分离器效率低,飞灰含碳量大;炉内温度场分布不合理。电厂2016年对中心筒实施了改造,主要措施有:提升中心筒材质等级;用自由悬挂安装方式替代挂钩式安装;末节中心筒采用渐缩型结构,并设置偏心;采用迷宫式密封结构。改造后结果表明:床温降低30℃,稀相区差压提高500 Pa,氮氧化物减排50%。研究成果可在同类型CFB锅炉上推广。A circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler had the following problems: Boiler had inefficient cyclone separators and high carbon content in fly ash; central cylinders were deformed seriously; distribution of temperature in the furnace was unreasonable. Power plant retrofitted the central cylinders in 2016, the main measures included: improved the material level of the central cylinders; free hanging installation replaced the hook installation; last sections of the central cylinders with eccentric were tapered structure; central cylinders had labyrinthine sealing structure. The result indicates that: the bed temperature is reduced by 30℃ ;dilute phase pressure dfference increases 500 Pa; nitrogen oxide emission decreases by 50%. The method can be popularized on the same type of CFB boiler.
