里约奥运周期中国女排发展历程及启示

摘　　要：对中国女排里约奥运周期的发展历程进行梳理,发掘中国女排近年来队伍自身及周围环境的变化,提出大国家队战略的落实是中国女排里约奥运周期竞技实力上升的基础,理念更新是中国女排更加务实的关键环节。Carding the development history of women＇s volleyball team China in Rio Olympic cycle, this paper explored the changes of Chinese women＇s volleyball team themselves and the surrounding environment in recent years, and put forward the implementation of the strategy of ＂Big National Team＂ was the basis for the rise of team＇s competitive strength. Furthermore, renewal of ideas were the key link of Chinese women＇s volleyball team.
