内地棉花目标价格补贴政策与棉农生产决策行为——基于安徽省微观数据的经验

摘　　要：聚焦内地棉花目标价格补贴政策对棉农生产决策行为的影响,基于安徽省棉农问卷调查所得微观数据对该问题进行实证检验。研究发现:内地棉花目标价格补贴政策对棉农生产决策行为具有正向的影响,有助于棉农分配更多的土地用于棉花的种植,棉花目标价格补贴政策在激励棉农种植方面的政策效应较为显著。Based on the micro-data from the survey of cotton farmers in Anhui province, this paper studies the effects of the cotton target price subsidy policy on farmers＂ production decision. The study found that cotton target price subsidy policy has positive influence on farmers＂ production decision, and it stimulates farmers to increase cotton areas, therefore it has significant policy effects.
