摘 要:以三聚氯氰为原料合成三嗪硫醇衍生物6-二丁胺基-1,3,5-三嗪-2,4-二硫醇(DB)和6-苯胺基-1,3,5-三嗪-2,4-二硫醇(AF),通过红外光谱和差示扫描量热分析确认其结构,并研究DB和AF对氯化聚乙烯弹性体(CM)硫化行为的影响。结果表明:随着硫化温度的升高,CM/DB和CM/AF体系的焦烧时间和正硫化时间均逐渐缩短,最大转矩和最小转矩呈逐步下降趋势;动力学研究表明,CM/DB和CM/AF体系的硫化表观活化能分别为33.3和71.6 kJ·mol^(-1),表明硫化温度对CM/AF体系的硫化速度影响更大;硫化温度为160℃时,硫化胶的力学性能较好。In this study,S-triazine derivatives,6-(dibutylamino)-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-dithiol(DB) and 6-anilino-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-dithiol(AF),were synthesized by using cyanuric chloride as precursor,and their structures were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimeter.Besides,the influences of DB and AF on the vulcanization behavior of CM were investigated.The results showed that,with increasing of temperature,scorch time and optimum cure time of CM/DB and CM/AF systems were gradually shortened;meanwhile the maximum torque and minimum torque decreased correspondingly.Results of curing kinetics research revealed that,the apparent activation energies of CM/DB and CM/AF systems were 33. 3 and 71. 6 kJ·mol-1 respectively,indicating that the curing rate of the CM/AF system was affected greater by temperature than that of the CM/DB system.When the cure temperature was kept at 160 ℃,the cured elastomers had better mechanical performance.
