摘  要:FSAE赛车悬架多采用碳纤维复合材料设计,以利于减少整车质量和簧下质量。加工时碳纤维复合材料圆管与金属接头多采用胶接工艺。针对胶接复合构件拉压载荷响应,引入相关假设和边界条件,建立接头的应变能方程,基于最小势能原理和变分法,成功获得胶层的应力分布情况,并与有限元分析结果进行对比,二者吻合程度较好;基于该理论模型,研究了接头的几何因素和物理因素对胶层剪切应力分布的影响,得出相关规律,为优化碳纤维圆管与金属接头胶接性能提供设计依据。Applying composite to FSAE car suspension is benefit to reducing both of the vehicles mass and sprung weight, and the connectors between carbon fiber composite circular tube and metal are often jointed by adhesive bonding technology. Based on some relevant hypotheses and boundary conditions, an equation of strain energy for adhesive joints was established to describe the response of axial load. According to the variational principle and the minimum potential energy principle, the distribution of stress in the mid-surf of adhesive was revealed. Comparisons between the analytical results and the finite element results show out that they are in good agreement with each other. So it can be deduced that the analytical model is reasonable for the stress evaluation of the bonding between the fiber circular tube and metal. Furthermore, influences of geometrical or material parameters to the shear stress distribution were investigated. Inherent characteristics of the adhesive bonding were given out which are helpful to op- timize the mechanical behavior of the bonding in turn.
