摘　　要：对电气产品的绝缘性能检测是生产工序当中必不可少的环节;利用自适应非参数CUSUM控制图对产品绝缘性能进行在线监控,能够省去拟合数据分布的步骤,准确及时地对生产过程中产品的绝缘性能检测值的大小变化给出预警,以稳固产品绝缘性能,降低产品损失率。The performance testing of electric insulation is an indispensable part in production processes. There are some advanta- ges in using the adaptive nonparametric CUSUM control chart to the online performance testing of electric insulation. First,it can save steps of fitting distribution form; second, it can ensure the monitoring accuracy and efficiency in detecting various magnitudes of mean shifts. So, detecting online by the adaptive nonparametric CUSUM control chart can keep the insulating property of prod- ucts steady, and reduce the loss rate of productions.
