追赶企业的本地搜索、能力重构与创新绩效

摘　　要：本地搜索以保证组织常规的延续性和连贯性为前提,通过相邻知识的搜索和挖掘已成为提升企业创新绩效的重要手段。本文把追赶进程划分为追赶早期和追赶晚期,运用结构方程模型和多元回归模型,验证了能力重构在本地搜索与创新绩效间的中介作用和追赶阶段的调节作用。结果表明:1)本地搜索显著提升了企业创新绩效;2)能力重构在本地搜索与企业创新绩效的关系间发挥完全中介作用;3)追赶阶段显著调节了能力重构对企业创新绩效的影响,追赶早期,能力进化对企业创新绩效有积极影响,能力替代对企业创新绩效有消极影响;追赶晚期,能力进化对企业创新绩效有消极影响,能力替代对企业创新绩效有积极影响。本研究进一步丰富了本地搜索对企业创新作用机制的研究,同时验证了能力重构在企业创新中发挥的重要作用,可为追赶企业的本地知识搜索和创新实践提供理论依据和参考价值。Local search can maintain continuity and coherence of organizational routines by searching and exploiting neighborhood knowledge, which is an important means to enhance filth innovation performance. We divides the catch - up process into early stage and later stage,and use the structural equation and multiple regression model to examine the mediating effect of capability reconfiguration and the moderating effect of catch - up stages on the relationship between local search and firm innovation per-formance. The results show that 1 ） local search has a significant positive impact on firm innovation performance; 2） capability reconfiguration plays a complete mediating role on the relationship between local search and firm innovation performance; 3 ） the catch - up stages significantly moderates the relationship between capability reconfiguration and firm innovation performance： in the early stage of catch - up, capability evolution has a positive effect on finn innovation performance, and capability substitution has a negative impact on firm innovation performance; in the later stage, capability evolution has a negative effect on firm innova- tion performance, and capability substitution has a positive impact on firm innovation performance. This study further enriches the research on how local search effects firm innovation, tests the impact of capability reconfiguration on firm innovation and can pro- vides theoretical guidance for firm＇ s local search and innovation.
