摘  要:目的观察神经外科手术后使用尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶止血的临床疗效和安全性。方法用自身对照法进行研究。30例患者术前及术中(T_1)均不予以止血药,术后(T_2)根据患者情况予以尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶1~4 U,连续给药1~4 d。比较患者T_1和T_2的凝血功能和药物不良反应的发生情况。结果 T_1和T_2,30例患者的凝血酶原时间分别为11.67和11.68 s,凝血酶时间分别为11.86和14.12 s,活化部分凝血活酶时间分别为31.84和31.61 s,纤维蛋白原分别为2.53和3.88 g·L^(-1),差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。30例患者用药后均未出现药物不良反应。结论神经外科手术后使用尖吻蝮蛇血凝酶具有较好的安全性和防止术后出血的效果。Objective To evaluate the safety of hemocoagulase agkistrodon( HCA) application after surgery. Methods According to the self-control method,30 patients underwent preoperative and intraoperative( T_1) were not treatment with hemostatic drugs and administrated 1-4 U HCA after surgery( T_2) for 1-4 days according to the patients' situation. Observe the coagulation function and safety indicators between T_1 and T_2,respectively. Results Compared T_1 and T_2 groups,the prothrombin time were 11. 67 and 11. 68 s,the thrombin time were 11. 86 and 14. 12 s,the activated partial thromboplastin time were 31. 84 and 31. 61 s,the levels of fibrinogen were 2. 53 and 3. 88 g ·L^(-1),respectively. The difference was not statistically significant( P〈0. 05). There were no adverse drug reactions occurred. Conclusion Postoperative using of HCA is safe and effective during neurosurgery.
