摘 要:随着女性经理人在我国管理人员队伍中的比重的不断扩大,以及中国现有管理培训存在的问题及女性经理人在自然性别差异、社会角色认知、管理体验、学习和认知风格等方面与男性经理人的差异的存在,使得有必要研究专门针对中国女性经理人的管理培训(即Women-only培训)。本文着力于提高中国女性经理人角色自信、知识自信,采用了赋权、经验分享、参与式学习、批判性思考和开放思想、重视女性的社会理解力和行动积极性的设计理念设计了Women-only培训的知识、技能、理念、情感四类渐进式的培训内容,解释了上述理念在培训方式、培训者和培训硬件环境设计中的应用,建立了更适合中国女性经理人的培训体系,补充了传统管理培训中的不足。As we consider the fact that Women managers have been becoming an important part of our country' s manager team, and the already existing problems in traditional management training. It is clear that Chinese Women managers have different and special characteristics in gender, social role cognition, manage experience and study style. Therefore, it is necessary to study Women-only training which is designed only for Chinese Women managers. This paper tries to promote Chinese Women managers' self confidence of multi-roles and special managerial knowledge, and designs a four phase-training scheme which includes managerial knowledge, skill, female idea and emotion. The paper also explains the theory framework of feminism pedagogy which focus on empowerment, sharing experience, participatory learning, critical thinking and open mindedness, value Women' s social comprehension and action positivity and how the ideas are used in Women-only training' s curriculum provision, training method, trainer selection and training environment design: The aim of this paper is to develop a more suitable and efficient training system for our Women managers, so as to cover the shortages of traditional management training.
