哈佛大学肯尼迪政治学院“智库群”建设之探究及启示

摘　　要：智库的建设与发展深刻影响着一个国家的国际话语权和世界影响力。以哈佛大学肯尼迪政治学院为例,探索并分析其"智库群"建设的特征特色,发现学院以自身为载体,形成15个智库机构,且主题方向多元、科学研究多样、兼顾人才培养、对外共享资源等。对于我国新型高校智库建设而言,建议丰富研究方向、增设中心种类、注重对外合作、强化伙伴关系、开发课程教学、培养各类人才、深化内涵建设、综合扩大影响等。The construction and development of the think tank group proudly influences international discourse and world influence of a country. Taking Harvard Kennedy School as an example,this paper explores and analyzes the characteristics of the construction of its ＂think tank group＂,and reveals that the college has its own think tank and forms 15 think tank organizations,which is featured with multidimensional theme,diversified scientific research,focus on talent cultivation,as well as external resources sharingt. For the construction of new university think tank in China,it is proposed to enrich the research direction,increase the type of the center,pay attention to foreign cooperation,strengthen the partnership,develop the course teaching,cultivate all kinds of talents,deepen the connotation construction and comprehensively expand the influence.
