摘　　要：西方法律思想史在我国高等院校法学教育中有很多值得挖掘的价值。其极具思辨特性的形上思维,不但是启迪高等院校法科学生法律思维所必需,而且在法学素养的内在养成、法律伦理的隐性熏陶和人文关怀的精神皈依等方面,存在不可估量的潜在价值。只有挖掘出这些潜在价值,才能帮助他们开启法学之门并最终步入神圣的法学殿堂。There are lots of values to excavate in the history of western legal ideology for legal education in colleges and universities. Since it has speculative characteristics with metaphysical thinking,not only is it the essential part of the law thinking enlightenment for law-majored students,but the immeasurable potential value also presents in developing the inherent development of legal literacy,the intrinsic qualities of legal ethics and the quality of invisible self-restraint of humane care. Only when the potential values in these aspects are excavated,can the door of the sacred law temple be ultimately opened for them.
