摘  要:为研究西瓜种质资源茎叶性状遗传多样性,调查了100份西瓜资源的节间长度、茎粗、叶片长度、叶片宽度和叶柄长等5项茎叶性状,进行了变异系数分析、相关性分析、主成分分析以及聚类分析。结果表明,西瓜茎叶性状的变异系数范围为6.67%~21.27%,具有较强的多样性;西瓜茎叶性状之间也存在较高的相关性。前3个主成分的累积方差贡献率为82.655%,可以作为西瓜茎叶性状选择的综合指标。聚类分析结果表明,取阈值为5时,将供试西瓜材料可分为6个类型。西瓜茎叶表型分析对于西瓜品种鉴定、种质创新和杂交育种亲本选配具有重要的应用价值。To study the genetic diversity of stem and leaf traits of watermelon germplasm resources, and to provide the basis for the accurate identification of the phenotypic characteristics of watermelon resources, the innovation of germplasm resources and the selection of hybrid breeding parents,5 stem and leaf characters of 100 watermelon resources were investigated, including internode length, stem diameter, leaf length, leaf width and petiole length, and the analysis of variance coefficient, correlation analysis, principal component analysis and cluster analysis were carried out. The results showed that coefficient of variation of watermelon stems and leaf characters ranged from 6.67% to 21.27%. There was a high correlation between stem and leaf traits. The cumulative variance contribution rate of the first 3 principal components was 82.655%, which could be used as a comprehensive index for the selection of stem and leaf traits. Based on the cluster analysis, the watermelon materials were divided into 6 types. The phenotypic analysis of stem and leaf of watermelon has important application value for watermelon variety identification, germplasm innovation and cross breeding.
