摘  要:以山西农业大学培育的冬小麦031165为试验材料,采用完全随机设计,研究不同烯效唑浸种处理(烯效唑浸种处理分别设15,30,60,120 mg/kg,同时以清水浸种为对照)对小麦生长发育、产量构成的影响。结果表明,烯效唑浸种使得小麦分蘖增加、叶色加深、叶片变短且宽度增加,通过增加茎秆粗度抵抗倒伏,其中,30 mg/kg烯效唑处理时小麦地上部长势最佳;烯效唑浸种小麦的次生根数及根系活力均极显著高于对照,以30 mg/kg烯效唑浸种处理最为明显,用量过高则不利于小麦根系活力和次生根数的增加;烯效唑浸种可促进下层根系的发展,从而能够延缓小麦根系后期的衰老;烯效唑浸种可以明显增加小麦的产量。从整体上看,30 mg/kg烯效唑处理对小麦生长发育及产量的综合效应最佳。Experiments using randomized block method were conducted by taking winter wheat 031165 as material cultivated by Shanxi Agricultural University. Compared with dealing with water, the effects of varied uniconazole concentration(15, 30, 60, 120 mg/kg)on growth and yield of wheat were studied. The results showed that seed-soaking with uniconazole enhanced wheat tillering, leaves' color,and the length of leaves became short following width increase, at the same time, more stronger stalk resisted lodging. Seed-soaking with30 mg/kg uniconazole had the biggest effect on wheat aboveground part. The wheat treated by uniconazole was significant better than control about the number of secondary root and root activity. 30 mg/kg was the most significant, while higher concentration didn't contribute to enhancing the two indexes. Seed-soaking with uniconazole could promote the development of lower root, and then delay ageing of wheat root in later stage. Seek-soaking with uniconazole could enhance wheat yield remarkably. Overall, 30 mg/kg uniconazole was the best comprehensive effect on wheat growth and development and yield.
