摘 要:以彩叶凤梨单株试管苗为材料,探讨不同基本培养基、不同生长素浓度、蔗糖用量以及光照条件对彩叶凤梨试管苗生根培养的影响。结果表明,彩叶凤梨生根培养以1/2 MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+蔗糖20 g/L效果最好,暗培养7 d后,转入光下培养,7 d左右根系开始萌动,30 d后生根率为80%,有3~4条长1 cm左右的根,较粗壮,适合移栽。In this paper, taking the plantlets in vitro of Neoregelia caroline as materials, the effects of the different basic medium,auxin, sucrose concentration and light condition on rooting culture of Neoregelia caroline were studied. The results showed that the optimal rooting media of Neoregelia caroline was 1/2 MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+sucrose 20 g/L, and during adventitious root formation of Neoregelia caroline, 7 d dark culture significantly enhanced the root efficiency. The root began to sprout after about seven days, and the rooting rate reached 80% after 30 days. The roots were strong and roots were suitable for transplanting.
